1. Returns
a. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from dieselscantools.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days from the date of delivery.
b. To initiate a return, simply email us at returns@dieselscantools.com. We will send you a digital return label at no cost to you within 1 to 2 hours.
c. Please return the item in the same condition as received, including all accessories (if any), and in the original packaging.
2. Refunds
a. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your full refund within 1 to 2 business days.
b. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
3. Exchanges
a. If you wish to exchange your item for a different product or variant, please contact us at returns@dieselscantools.com.
b. We will process your exchange request immediately and send out the replacement item overnight at no cost to you, subject to product availability.
4. Digital Return Label
a. To eliminate unnecessary paper waste, we provide a digital return label at no cost to you.
b. To receive your digital return label, email us at returns@dieselscantools.com. You will receive the prepaid return label in your email within 1 to 2 hours.
c. Simply print the label, place it on the shipping box, and drop it off at the carrier location specified on the label.
5. Return Shipping Costs
a. If you are returning an item due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
b. If you are returning an item for reasons other than an error on our part or a defective product, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
