a. We strive to process and ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days after receiving payment, subject to product availability and any special circumstances.

b. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

2. Shipping Carriers

We primarily use FedEx and UPS as our preferred shipping carriers for domestic and international shipments.

3. Express and Next Day Delivery

a. If you select express or next day delivery during the checkout process, your order will be shipped on the same business day, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Payment is received and confirmed.
  • The order is placed before our cut-off time for express and next day delivery, which is 3:00 PM Eastern Time.

b. Orders placed for express or next day delivery after 3:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped on the next business day.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the items in your order. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.
